The Laura Grace Caregiver Award was created in 2017 to honor the devotion and selfless acts of an individual who has cared for an aging family member or friend. The award presentation took place on June 29th at Gilley’s in Dallas at Jub Jam XII, a Texas music concert and auction, hosted by local Sports radio station, The Ticket’s (96.7) George Dunham. George and his sister, Laura Grace Kelsoe presented the award to our very own, Donna Thompson. The Senior Source is a partner with the Laura Grace Award and treated Donna like a celebrity for the evening. The Senior Source provides financial, emotional, educational, caregiver support, and senior volunteer opportunities, an ombudsman program, and so much more.
